Horse of the Year

Seen as many as the pinnacle of showing achievement, the Gypsy Cob classes at HOY, Hastings are a sight to behold.

The following qualification requirements are in place for competing at HOY 2023:

You must attend TWO separate shows.

Qualifying shows are:

Official NZGCA Show
Gypsy Cob section at an NZGCA Supported Show
RAS A&P Show

If you are unable to attend a Gypsy Cob section you may count attendance in any other section e.g. Pinto, Golden Horse, Saddle Hunter, Led Pony, Sporthorse etc
